Westfields Marriott, Chantilly VA
This is an approximately 16’ wide boxwood backdrop with a set of centered candle screen panels. The accent colors were leveraging a peacock theme color pallet. A combination of birdcages and lanterns were utilized to fill up the surroundings of the jhula swing. Bistro lights as well as uplights were added to illuminate the outdoor area after sunset.
Hilton Mark Center, Alexandria VA
A three layered pipe and drape backdrop with accents of gold geometric stands. This was a color combo of mauve pink and white sheer fabric. The key to this draping style is ensuring the fabric is spaced evenly and having the center panel of the backdrop draped a little higher than the ends. White’s Ferry Manor, Leesburg VA
Stage decor inspired by a fresh floral garden theme around white sheer draping. The stage size pictured here is 16’ wide with the draping approximately 18’ width. Subtle uplighting in amber tones were used to add a warmth of color tone as the summer evening comes about.

Wooden mandap with earthy design elements to compliment the scenic outdoor background. The mandap as pictured was 10’ tall by 11’ wide. Hanging above is an intermix of wooden and gold crossbars, dangling crystals, and rattan lanterns. Link to Video.
A mehndi night decoration canopy design with over hanging fresh greenery, crystals, and lanterns. Utilized orange, fuchsia, and plum colored draping, with as pictured a gold jhoola swing and gold side tables and lanterns. Front to back the canopy was about 6’ to 7’ in depth. Link to Video.

Starry night garden style themed stage decor with grand/tall draping. We leveraged the large LED screen inside the venue to display a night sky and illuminated with cool colored lighting on white draping.
An intimate and modern twist to mehndi backdrop decor with hexagon wooden frame, tassels, lanterns, crystals, beads, and flowers!
Salamander Resort, Middleburg VA
A combination of a rustic yet modern styled wedding mandap created from all natural branches and fresh floral. The mandap was approximately 9’ by 9’ in length and width and a little over 9’ in height. Floral bouquets were pinned at each fabric tie point at the corners of the mandap, as well as large bouquets full of roses at the front feet of the structure.
Fresh flower centerpiece arrangement on a low gold colored vase. A good way to help with cost on floral centerpieces is to utilize more greenery than fresh flowers, but add some colorful and large accent flowers that pop. A nice vase also always elevates an arrangement.
Pre-wedding Haldi event stage decoration consisting of geometric shapes and carved panels. The middle panel is 10 feet tall and the draping behind is approximately 14 feet high. The items are layered to add dimension the backdrop setup.
A 3 foot tall Lord Ganesha statue, representing wisdom and salvation. The Hindu god of beginnings is displayed at the entrance of some wedding ceremonies to help protect against any obstacles in the couple’s life and to bring prosperity, wisdom, and good fortune.

A modern take on an Indian wedding ceremony mandap consisting of 10 foot tall antique gold metal stands with overhead greenery, hanging chandeliers, and crystal pendants. The mandap is 10 feet wide by 10 feet in length. Large gold throne chairs for the bride and groom seating.
The above was an elegant clean backdrop design setup for an Afghan engagement party. Maintaining the symmetry in this setup was important. The arrangements consisted of fresh greenery and sandy cream roses. The greenery really complimented the white draping to create a beautiful classic look.
Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner VA
A clean modern take on a South Asian reception stage decor setup. This design consisted of a navy blue backdrop accentuated with royal blue uplighting. Candles and tealights were used throughout the space to create a romantic atmosphere, including tealights inside the hanging globe orbs. The flowers on the sides are faux arrangements we put together.

A traditional Indian teak wood styled mandap frame fused with a more modern touch of white drapes, white flowers, and greenery. This mandap design can be modified utilizing different colored drapes and less or more extensive floral work of varying colors.
